Has it really been 60 years?
Marty Orenstien is a pioneer in the field of staffing. After owning and managing a temporary and permanent staffing service in Manhattan for 16 years, he launched his unique referral service, Funding Fanatics, putting his in-depth knowledge of the industry to work. Now Marty is celebrating 60 years in the staffing and staffing Funding. With gratitude for clients and partners, Marty takes pride in his success at propelling the exponential growth of companies, from start-up all the way to sale and acquisition. Today, Funding Fanatics still handles funding referrals for companies with a minimum of $25 million in sales.

Marty's career in staffing has earned him recognition for his creativity and innovative approach to staffing. Marty's accomplishments:
- Served on committee that founded payrolling–payroll transfer as a profitable niche for staffing services.
- Serving as one of the original members of The American Staffing Association and of the initial members of the NY Staffing Association.
- Pioneering the marketing of niche sectors in staffing.
- Authoring numerous articles for staffing publications.
- Being nominated by Staff Digest as a Staffing Industry Visionary.
Career-wise, Marty was owner and manager of Good People Staffing in NYC for 16 years. He then put his staffing and business knowledge to use at THISCO. After 12 years, Marty had elevated THISCO to #1 in staffing funding. From there Marty continued in the industry, founding Funding Fanatics in 2005.
